Chapter 91
The Regulations for the Community (Part 1)
Language, which is vibration (1-4).

1. After His resurrection from the dead, Jesus was ninety days with Mary, His mother, and Mary Magdalene who had anointed His body, and Mary Cleophas and the twelve and their followers, instructing them and answering their questions concerning the Kingdom of God.
2. And as they sat for supper, Mary Magdalene asked Him, "Master, will You now explain to us the order of the Kingdom of God?”
3. And Jesus answered, saying, "Verily, I say to you, O Mary, and to each of My disciples: The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. But the time will come when what is within will become manifest externally, for the salvation of the world.
4. Order is indeed good and useful; but above all things
is love. Love one another and all the creatures of God, and by this shall all men know
that you are My disciples.” (Chap. 91:1-4)

and deepen the word:
I appeared to My own again and again and taught them through the inner word, for the one who is no longer in the flesh no longer utters the sounds of this world. He gives the language, which is vibration, into the inner being of the person, so that the one whose soul has been purified and has aligned with Me can perceive Me. In this way, My own perceived My word.
5. And one asked Him, saying, "Master, is it Your will that infants be received into the community by circumcision, as Moses commanded?” And Jesus answered, "For those who are in Christ, there is neither circumcision nor shedding of blood.
6. After eight days, bring the infant with prayer and
thanksgiving to the Father who is in heaven. Let the child be given a name by its parents;
and let the elders sprinkle pure water upon the crown of its head, as it is written in the
prophets. Let its parents see to it that it is brought up in the ways of righteousness,
neither eating meat, nor drinking strong drinks, nor hurting the creatures which God has
given into the hands of man to protect.” (Chap. 91:5-6)

and deepen the word:
After a few days, the new-born infant should be consecrated to the eternal Father,
the Father-Mother-God in heaven. The parents shall thank the Eternal for their child and
give it the name which rises from their feelings and sensations. For the child is a part
of the mother under whose heart it lay and a part of the father who begot it. The
hereditary predisposition of the child is similar to that of the father and mother; and so
the vibration of the child's soul is connected with the soul of the mother and of the
father. If a name flows out of the world of sensations of the mother and the father and
they agree on this name, then this can be the right name vibration of the new-born child,
which also corresponds to the child's soul.
The customary functions for conveying the message of God - the positions like priests, high priests and church officers - do not correspond to the divine law. Therefore, replace the word "priest” by the word "elder”, for in My community there are the elders who preside over the community together.
You may keep the outer sign of inner strength - sprinkling water on the crown of the head. But it is not necessary.* If you do it, observe the following:
One of the elders will sprinkle water on the crown of the new-born's head, which means that God is the driving, eternal element, the life. Move, child, and know that the driving element, the streaming Spirit, flows through you. You are blessed, and received by God who is Father and Mother to you.
And the elders speak to the parents as follows: If you live in righteousness, you will also bring up your child, who is the child of the Father-Mother-God, in the right way. You will teach it to neither eat meat nor drink strong drinks, nor hurt or kill the creatures of the sky, the earth and the waters, to live in unity with stones and plants and to recognize the light-filled radiation of the stars as the light of God. If you are righteous, your child, too, will become wise.
7. Again another asked Him, "Master, how do You want
it to be when they grow up?” And Jesus said, "After seven years, or when they
begin to distinguish evil from good and learn to look for the good, let them come to Me,
receive the blessing, with thanksgiving and prayer, at the hands of the elder or the angel
of the community; and admonish them to refrain from eating flesh, taking strong drinks and
hunting the innocent creatures of God; for should they be lower than the horses or the
sheep to whom these things are against nature?” (Chap. 91:7)

If you have raised your children in accordance with the law of selfless love and they have reached the age when they learn to distinguish good from evil, then do your best that your children, who are the children of the Father-Mother-God, find the good in their fellow men. Bring your child or children to the Inner Church in the house of the community. Together with many who strive towards God, they shall receive My blessing through an elder of the community, whom the community has elected and whom I have consecrated.
A true elder radiates much spirituality and thus is just. He is a fulfilled person; his selflessness is the sign of consecration.
The community will bring Me its growing brothers and sisters; and through the elder who has the confidence of the community, I will bless My children, thus giving them increased strength.
Afterwards, the parents and the elder will entrust the children to God-filled educators and teachers, who will instruct them in the worldly duties and, in the course of the first school years, will explain to them the laws of God as far as they can understand them in their still childlike ways.
Teach them also to refrain from consuming the flesh of animals.
And let it be said to the parents: If your child feels the urge to eat meat, let it taste the meat, for you do not know how the soul has lived in an earlier incarnation and what the person was used to eating. However, continue to be an example for your developing children. The teaching and actualization of the eternal laws will gradually refine the senses of the child, and it will then refrain from this.
In My community, animals shall be neither slaughtered nor eaten. If one or another is in the process of changing from eating meat to eating lawful food and now and then still feels the need for meat, then he should partake of it - outside of the community. However, this is valid just for eating meat, not for taking strong drinks.*
The one whose senses no longer crave meat lives the law "You shall not kill”. He will not eat his second neighbour, the animal. The one whose senses are still dulled is requested to let go of this.
In My community, there shall be neither strong drinks nor the meat of animals.
Teach the children not to hunt innocent creatures, the animals, and not to deliberately crush them underfoot. For the one who hunts the innocent creatures will be hunted by his senses and by all those who influence his senses. The one who deliberately crushes underfoot, torments or kills animals will be tormented by his senses and his thoughts and will vegetate as a spiritually dead person among the living, and in the realm of the souls, too, he will be spiritually dead.
Therefore, teach your children the law of life, namely that everything that lives feels and has the right to live, until the primordial substance, the Spirit, withdraws from the material form and enters into the law of the all-harmony.
And teach your children, who are also Mine, to love nature, to respect the plants and to remain in communication with the essence of life in them. In this way, they will receive the life of nature into their bodies and remain strengthened and healthy.
Teach the children also to gratefully accept the food which the All-Father gives them from His hands.
Teach them also the right way to eat: to be quiet while eating and to link with the divine essence in the gifts, so that the body may digest them in the right way. And when they drink, they shall not gulp their drinks down, but take them sip by sip, so that the body can assimilate them, too, in the right way.
Only in this way does the person attain the nobility of his soul and become a conscious spiritually living person, whose home is the Kingdom of God within and around him.
8. And he asked again, "If there comes to us one who
eats meat and drinks strong drinks, shall we take him in?” And Jesus said to him,
"Let such ones abide in the outer court until they have cleansed themselves from
these grosser faults; for until they understand and repent of these, they will not be fit
to receive the higher instructions.” (Chap. 91:8)

The person who does not want to fit into the community life shall stay where he has lived thus far and read and actualize the regulations of the community which shall be handed over to him. According to the law, he is permitted to attend the community schooling from where he lives, until he has purified himself and acknowledges and actualizes the laws of life.
In the community, peace and harmony shall be the life principle that unites all My human children.
Anyone who causes trouble in the community for his fellow men, who quarrels and lives in discord with his neighbour - thus disturbing the community order, the peace and harmony - should leave the community and live outside of it, until he is one again with the laws of God for the community and also in harmony with his neighbour.*
9. And another asked Him, "When is it Your will that
they receive baptism?” And Jesus answered, "After another seven years, or when
they know the teachings and do what is good and have learned a craft by which they may
live and are steadfastly set on the right way. Then let them ask for initiation and let
the angel or the elder of the community examine them and see whether they are worthy, and
let the angel or the elder offer thanksgiving and prayer and immerse them in the purifying
water, that they may rise to new life, confessing God as their Father and vowing to obey
the holy law and to keep themselves apart from the evil of this world.” (Chap.
91:9)

By baptism, spiritual baptism is meant. Only that person who is filled with the Spirit of life and is My word for the most part, by actualizing the eternal law, is an initiate and is baptized with the Spirit of life.
The one who actualizes the spiritual laws will also keep the commandment, "pray and work”, which the Father-Mother-God gave to His earthly children.
In order to keep this commandment, a proper profession is necessary, which the human child shall choose according to its abilities, talents and qualities.
The one who walks the path to the heart of God with firm steps and straightforwardly is the one who keeps the eternal laws and is baptized with the law of life.
Baptism by water is an old ritual. It need not be performed in My community.*
The angel of the community is a human being who has become My word, proclaims it and keeps it. The one who has become the word of God is perfect to a great extent; he has become the law for the most part. These can be elders and other enlightened men and women.
The one who has the position of a teaching prophet** or a proclaiming prophet can be My word as well: God speaks through the prophet in order to communicate directly with the community. When the prophet has become the word, he is then the spiritual ambassador of the Kingdom of God. But only the one who is in the divine mission, who descended from the heavens in order to bring and announce My word to the world, is prophet and spiritual ambassador of the Kingdom of God.
The elder hears the word of God within himself, knows the eternal law and is filled with it through the actualization of the eternal laws.
The angel of the community or the elder will examine the human child who says about himself, "I am spiritually baptized, because my life is the law of God”, or about whom his neighbours say so. The angel or the elder will examine whether the community member is worthy to be accepted into the council of the elders or into the midst of the spiritually baptized ones.
Together with the community, the angel or the elder or both will praise, glorify and thank the Father-Mother-God, whose children we all are. The initiate whom the community has accepted vows to keep the laws, to devote his life to God in sensations, thoughts, words and deeds.
Not every one is qualified for the council* of the elders. These are solely the men and women who have become wise because of their actualization of the eternal laws and their spiritual activities and abilities in the community, that is, who speak and give out of the truth and work responsibly in the community.
Only those who are filled with the Spirit of love*, through the actualization of the eternal laws and through selfless deeds, are accepted in the sanctum, in the midst of the spiritually baptized ones. They become elders, healers-by-faith and spiritual teachers.
The one who is on a high level of actualization can be a leader of various activities within the community. Only the one who, according to his aptitudes, has gone through the different degrees of selfless serving, that is, who was already active in the community in manifold ways, comes gradually into the circle of the angels and elders.
Everything that happens in the community - the blessings of the new-born infants and the spiritual baptisms following the inner maturity, the weddings, the birth of children and all essential events - shall be recorded in the community book, which the elders have in their keeping and which one elder keeps up to date.
10. And still another one asked Him, "Master, when
shall they receive the anointing?” And Jesus answered, "When they have reached
the age of maturity and have manifested in themselves the sevenfold gifts of the Spirit,
let the angel offer prayer and thanksgiving for them and give them the seal of anointment.
It is good that all be tried in each degree for seven years. Nevertheless, let it take
place for each one according to his growth in the love and wisdom of God.” (Chap.
91:10)

and deepen the word:
An anointed person is the one who perceives within himself the seven basic powers of the eternal life as a gift of love and is the one through whom I have become the word.
The one who has raised his consciousness to Me and whose sensations, thoughts and senses rest in Me is the angel of the community, about whom I have already spoken. This angel is My word and the word of the Father-Mother-God. For the one who has become the law - whose feeling, thinking, speaking and acting I Myself Am, the law - is an anointed person, that is, a person consecrated by God, the law, who can then become the angel of the community.
If there is among you such a one who has reached the stage of anointment, the angel of the community and an elder should thank God that He has awakened another angel for this or another community.
The one who is accepted by the community as an anointed one should first prove himself for some years and bring the seven basic powers of life into the community by his wise way of living.
The test means that an anointed one is the law; and accordingly he has to know and live the seven basic powers of God, the eternal law, and bring them into the community. It is by this that the community recognizes his inner maturity and his spiritual alertness in the love and in the wisdom of the Eternal.
If the community has accepted and received him, then it will commend him in praise
and thanks to the Father-God and to Me, the Christ, and will see to it that he keep the
laws of God for the community and also fulfil them in the community.
