Jesus Appears in the Temple and the Blood
Sacrifices Cease
Spiritual incidents in Jerusalem and its surroundings
in the days
following the physical death of Jesus (1-8)
1. It was on the same day at the time of the sacrifice in the temple. There appeared among the dealers in animals and birds One in clad in white raiment, radiant as light; He had and in His hand a whip with seven cords.
2. And at the sight of Him, the dealers and buyers fled in terror, and some fell to the ground as if dead; for they recalled how, before His death, Jesus had driven them away from the temple enclosure in like manner.
3. And some declared that they had seen a spirit, and others that they had seen the One who had been crucified and that He had risen from death.
4. And the sacrifices in the temple ceased that day, for all feared to sell or to buy and let their captives go free.
5. And the priests and elders caused a rumour to spread that those who had told about it had been drunk and had not seen anything. But many affirmed that they had seen Him with their own eyes and had felt the whip on their backs, but were not able to offer resistance. But when some of the bolder ones among them reached out their hands, they could not seize the figure that they saw, nor catch the whip that beat them.
6. And from these days on, they believed in Jesus, that He was sent by God to deliver the oppressed and free those who were bound. And they turned from their ways and sinned no longer.
7. He also appeared to others in love and compassion and healed them by His touch and liberated them from the hands of the persecutor. And many similar things were reported of Him, and many said, "Verily, the Kingdom of God has come.”
8. And some of those who had died and then risen when
Jesus rose from the dead appeared and were seen by many in the holy city; and great fear
fell among the evil ones, but light and joy filled the hearts of the righteous. (Chap.
86:1-8)
I, Christ, explain, correct
and deepen the word:
Much of what happened in the days before I went home to the Father and which was also passed down corresponds to the truth.
Some people perceived Me with their spiritual eyes, while others saw only the reflection which their aura could attract from the atmospheric chronicle.
My life as Jesus of Nazareth had entered not only into the hearts of many people, but also into the atmospheric chronicle. A part of the thinking and living of people is stored in it and still affects the earth. My physical passing brought the earthly and astral forces into stronger motion. The atmospheric chronicle, too, came into action, so that some people saw Me through the reflection of the atmospheric chronicle, while others whose hearts were filled with My life saw Me with their spiritual eyes. Through the atmospheric chronicle, still others saw souls which had gone to those planes of purification that corresponded to their spiritual level of consciousness.
Through My suffering, My dying and My resurrection, Jerusalem and the surrounding places where I had been active as Jesus were raised in their radiation, so that many people could spiritually perceive and many could receive from the atmospheric chronicle.
May it be revealed in a general way: One should not strive to receive from the
atmospheric chronicle, but to receive from the Spirit of God alone, which can be possible
only through the actualization and fulfilment of the laws of God.
