CHAPTER 80

The Remorse of Judas

Injustice towards one's neighbour can become one's doom -
The sinning of the initiates is the sinning against the Holy Spirit
- The one who knowingly violates the gospel of love crucifies Christ anew (1-10)

1. When Judas saw that Jesus had been sentenced to death, he felt remorse for having betrayed Him. Then he brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the high priests and elders, saying, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.

2. They said, "What is that to us? See to it yourself!” And he cast the pieces of silver in the temple, went out and hanged himself.

3. But the high priests took the pieces of silver, saying, "It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, for this is blood money.

4. And they took counsel and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in. Therefore, to this day, that field has been called Aceldama, that is, the field of blood.

5. Thus was fulfilled what was told by the prophet Zachariah, "They weighed thirty pieces of silver as My price. And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the sum for which He was valued by the children of Israel, and gave them for the potter's field and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.

6. Now, Jesus had said to His disciples, "Woe to the one who receives the initiation and thereafter falls into sin!

7. Because for such people, there is no place of repentance in this cycle, seeing that they have once more crucified the heavenly Son of God and Man, and put the Christ within them to deep shame.

8. For such ones are worse than animals, which you ignorantly cause to perish; for in your scriptures, it is written: What happens to the animals also happens to the sons of men.

9. They all have one breath; just as the one dies, so dies the other, so that no man has priority over an animal; for all go to the same place - all come from dust and return to dust.

10. Jesus said these things for those who had not yet been regenerated, who had not yet received the Spirit of God, the Spirit of divine love, in their souls, who, after having once received the light, nevertheless crucified the Son of God anew, putting Him to deep shame. (Chap. 80:1-10)

I, Christ, explain, correct
and deepen the word:

It is written about Judas, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” Remember this when you are against your neighbour, when you want to judge and condemn him.

The one who betrays, judges or condemns his neighbour delivers himself up to the darkness, which drives him into death - if this is possible and serves its interests - in order to possess his soul for a longer period of time.

With the words, "See to it yourself!” they drove Judas to death. They no longer gave him the possibility to explain what he had done and to make amends for it.

Therefore, pay attention to your words and deeds. An injustice can very quickly lead to a disaster. The cause is borne by the originator, but also by those who approve of it, who derive benefit from it and who make it larger.

Recognize that you can recognize a symbolism in every situation that concerned Me and My life as Jesus. Thus, everything that happened to Me and was perpetrated on Me, as Jesus, is a symbol for many.

It is written: "Woe to the one who receives the initiation and thereafter falls into sin!” The one who hears and accepts the laws of life thus commits himself to fulfilling them. Thereupon, he receives the initiation, the blessing, so that he, as a messenger of God, may bring the laws of life to those who want to hear them.

When an initiate falls into sin again, he sins against the Holy Spirit. Depending on the intensity and extent, he often can no longer make amends for his guilt within one cycle. For the one who knowingly violates the gospel of life crucifies Me, the Christ, in himself, thus crucifying himself, too.

You people in all generations, keep the following in mind, "What happens to the animal happens also to the sons of men.”

What man does to the animals he does to himself. For the life, God, is in all forms of life; God did not give man the right to put himself above the animal. He gave him the commandment to love life, regardless of the form in which it manifests itself.

The words "Jesus said these things for those who had not yet been regenerated” should indicate that soul and man are commanded to attain rebirth in the Spirit of God. The one who strives for it will consciously receive the Spirit of the Eternal in himself and will also give love, which he receives from God.

The one who sins again, despite knowing better, crucifies Me, the Christ, anew.
